Help when the salon is busy.

Start with the quick checks below. If something still is not right, send the in-app diagnostics so we can help without receiving client notes, formulas or photos.

First-time setup

  1. Sign in using the exact email address invited by the salon owner.
  2. Select or accept the correct private salon workspace.
  3. Open Settings and enable notifications.
  4. Connect the required iPhone or iPad calendar, then choose the calendar to import.
  5. Run the five-second alert test before relying on timers during a service.

Appointments are not appearing

  • Confirm the booking is in the calendar selected inside SalonTime.
  • Check that Calendar access is enabled for SalonTime in device Settings.
  • Use Refresh calendar list, reselect the calendar and import the next 14 days.
  • Pull to refresh or use Sync now after importing.
  • If a booking feed omits client or service details, match or create the client from Today.

A timer alert did not appear

  • Open Settings and check that notification access is enabled.
  • Run the five-second alert test with the app open, then repeat with the phone locked.
  • Check Focus, Silent Mode, notification sounds and SalonTime notification settings.
  • Remember that sound and vibration depend on device and accessibility settings.

SalonTime supports workflow timing. Staff remain responsible for product instructions, client assessment and safe service timing.

Sign-in or syncing problems

  • Use the exact invited email and confirm the email account if asked.
  • Use password recovery if the password is unknown.
  • Confirm the device has an internet connection, then tap Sync now.
  • If SalonTime reports newer changes from another device, reload the newer salon data.

Privacy, correction and deletion

Clients should contact their salon first because the salon controls its client records. Salon owners and managers can correct or permanently delete client records in the app. Account and device-data controls are available under Settings.

Read the Privacy Policy or follow the account and deletion instructions.

When contacting support

Do not email client photos, formulas, treatment notes or passwords. The in-app diagnostic summary includes account and workspace identifiers but excludes client names and treatment content.
